Piggy Story

Hi, my name is Alex Bean and I'm 14 years old, This is a story about the time I lose my pig. I was only 5 year old and traveling to Mississippi  with my family. The airplane ride was okay cause I don't remember it. When we arrived at Mississippi airport  my aunt and uncle was waiting there for us. My aunt and uncle owned a farm, They had pigs, cows and horse. 1 week pasted and I was best friends with a pig I named piggy. Piggy was big and lazy. One morning I woke up to feed piggy but he wasn't, I ran as fast as I can by to the house to tell a adult that piggy was missing. The first adult I saw was my aunt she asked me was everything okay because I was out of breath. When I told her piggy was missing she said thing is okay a sold piggy to a butcher. I that time a really didn't know what a butcher was but she explain it to what they do. I jump up when she told me what they would to piggy. She started laughing and said piggy is on the table, I said what do you mean. The butcher made piggy into beacon for me to eat.

Grade!?!

Yes, i think the grades the teacher give me I deserve them. I said this because i worked hard for the grades I get even if I think i deserve better. In this quarter I learned a lot like how when you do Geometry don't always do Algebra 1 first or like in English when we had to do a whole two weeks re learning about verb, adjective, pronouns and ect... I learned about myself is that 10th grade is harder than 9th grade. I can change my study habits by during things on time and taking a lot of more notes. This past quarter I can have done things better by asking the teacher more questions or staying after school for help too. Some new things I want my teachers to do is get more into the subject they are talking about. They can make things more meaningful by laughing some time. I think my next quarter grades would be better now that I will change my habits. One last thing I want to say is that my grades would look better now.

Robotics

In robotics so far we are only building are base of the robots. Robots are important because without them we couldn't be advance in technologies today. I would rather work in pairs like we doing now because then we all can put work into the robots. Yes, we started building. There was a  lot steps but the last thing we did was put on the wheels to make the robot move around. There is nothing better than robotics cause we can get college credit. Me and my partner is great because we can laugh and still do our work. The field of robotics benefit us because we would has cell phone or computers. Yes, I see my self getting more into robotics because I do it at home for fun.

Things I dislike and like about Fall

Favorite song

One song that always touchs my heart has to be "Glory" by John Legend. This song matter so much to me because is about one day blacks will be treated the same as whites. One thing this song says that always speaks to me would be " One day when the war is won", To me at means the war is starting all over again. 

WHY?

This picture makes me feel mad. When I first saw the image I was destroyed that someone wants children to flee away from where family and home. After reading what this picture was about my reaction was WHY did this had to happen to children during the war and why do wars even exist.



This picture makes me feel angry. When I first saw this image my reason was it's crazy how people was mad about racism. After reading what was going on in this picture I said " but it's still happen".



This picture makes me feel crazy. When I first saw this image my reaction mind when blank. After reading what was going on in this picture my reaction was wow these are the thing American is hiding from us.

All of the picture real  got my directly spoke to me because its still going on in everybody daily life. To me these picture show us that humans don't care because if they real care why would they want to make people feel mad, sad, angry about themselves. One way we can use these picture by learning is change because change is everyday too.
